Frequently asked questions
Are these costumes suitable for a medieval fair or re-enactment?
The handmade range is, yes — heavier fabrics, functional lacing and finished seams that stand up to repeated wear. We also stock lighter industrial costumes that are fine for a themed party but not for a full weekend outdoors. Each product page tells you which it is.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page carries a size chart with chest and waist measurements for adults and age or height for children. Medieval garments are cut generously, so if you fall between two sizes take the smaller one for dresses with lacing and the larger one for tunics and capes. If in doubt, message us before ordering.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all 26 EU countries for a flat €8.99 per order, no matter how many items it contains. Because we dispatch from Spain, inside the EU, there is no customs paperwork, no import duty and no additional VAT to pay on delivery.
Can you make something to measure?
In some cases, yes — we have a working atelier, not just a warehouse. For a specific character, an unusual size or a matched group of costumes, write to us describing what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it and what it would cost.
