We ship from our own workshop in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, to all 26 countries of the European Union.
Shipping rates
- European Union (26 countries): flat €8.99 per order, however many items it contains
- Mainland Spain and the Balearics: €4.50 — free over €50
- Rest of the world: €12.99
No customs, no import duty, no surprise VAT
Your order leaves from Spain, which is inside the European Union. That means it never crosses a customs border on its way to you: no customs paperwork, no import duty and no additional VAT to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — unlike orders from the UK, China or the United States, where a courier can hand you an unexpected bill at the door.
Ordering for a specific date
If you need a costume for a fixed date — a festival, a wedding, Halloween — order with a margin of at least a week. Delivery across the EU is normally straightforward, but carriers slow down noticeably in the two weeks before Halloween and Carnival. If you are cutting it fine, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed and with the labels still attached — in line with our returns policy and EU consumer law.
Group and event orders
We regularly dress re-enactment groups, dance schools, theatre companies and carnival troupes across Europe. For 5 people or more, tell us the theme, the number of people and the sizes and we will put together a quote and help coordinate the look.
Not sure about sizing?
Costume sizing is inconsistent between brands, so check the measurements on the product page rather than assuming your usual size. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before ordering — it is quicker than a return.
