Roman, Greek & Celtic Costumes
Most Roman and Greek costumes sold online are a thin polyester sheet with a gold belt. Ours are different: a large part of this collection is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Galicia, in heavier fabrics that hang properly — because our regular customers wear them for whole weekends at historical re-enactment festivals, not for one night.

Made for re-enactment, not just for parties
Galicia has one of Europe's largest Roman and Celtic festivals — Arde Lucus in Lugo, which fills the old Roman walls with tens of thousands of people every June. A good part of this collection was designed for it and is worn there every year. If you take part in a re-enactment event anywhere in Europe, these are pieces built to survive it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a Roman tunic and a toga?
The tunic is the sewn garment worn next to the body — short for soldiers and workers, longer for women and senior figures. The toga is the large unstitched cloth draped over it, and in Rome it was reserved for male citizens. For most costumes a tunic with a cord belt is enough; add a toga if you want a senator or patrician look.
Are these good enough for historical re-enactment?
The handmade pieces are, yes — they are worn every year at Arde Lucus and similar festivals. We are honest about the rest: the industrially made items are costume-grade and fine for a party or a parade, but a strict re-enactor will want the artisan range. Each product page says which is which.
Do you ship Roman and Celtic costumes across Europe?
Yes, to all 26 EU countries for a flat €8.99 per order regardless of how many items you buy. Your order leaves from Spain, inside the EU, so there is no customs clearance, no duty and no extra VAT when it arrives.
Can you kit out a whole group or legion?
Yes — we regularly dress re-enactment groups, historical associations and festival cohorts. For 5 people or more we offer group pricing and can help coordinate the look. Tell us the theme, the number of people and the sizes and we will come back with a quote.
