🛒 About the products

Are your costumes handmade or industrially manufactured?

We do both. A significant portion of our catalog is handcrafted in Spanish family workshops, especially medieval, Roman, Celtic, and period costumes — using selected fabrics like linen, wool, velvet, and leather. We also sell industrially manufactured costumes from well-known brands, ideal for 1-2 uses. Each product on the website indicates whether it is handcrafted by Teular or from an external supplier.

Is your website's stock updated in real time?

Yes. What you see on the website is what we have in actual stock, synchronized with our Santiago warehouse in real time. We do not dropship from China or sell products we don't have. During specific periods (the last days of October or February), there may be minimal de-synchronization due to simultaneous online and physical store sales — if this happens, we will notify you immediately.

Do you have costumes in large sizes (XXL, 3XL, 4XL)?

Yes. We stock up to size XXL in most models and 3XL, 4XL, and special size 56 in medieval versions (capes, tunics), dark monk, Santa Claus, vampire, and long period dresses. Large sizes sell out quickly during peak season — if you are looking for something specific, please write to us before purchasing, and we will confirm real-time availability.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product has its own size guide with measurements in cm. Measure your chest, waist, and height and compare. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one (tight costumes are uncomfortable for a long night). For children's sizes, it's based on age and height. 🚚 About orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

24 hours in the province of A Coruña, 24-72 hours in the rest of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, 4-7 days due to customs procedures. All detailed information is available in shipping and returns.

How much does shipping cost?

From €4.90 in the peninsula and free for orders over €60. Collection at our physical store in Santiago is always free. Detailed rates by zone can be found on the shipping page.

Can I pick up my order at the physical store in Santiago?

Yes, absolutely. Select store pickup when placing your order (it's free, with no minimum amount) and we will notify you by email/WhatsApp as soon as it's ready, usually within 24 hours. Address: Av. de Vilagarcía, 29, Santiago de Compostela. Picking up in-store allows you to try on the costume before taking it and avoids size-related returns.

Can I exchange or return the costume if it doesn't fit?

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt. It must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear, masks, prosthetics, opened makeup, and used wigs are not accepted. More details on the returns page.

Do you offer special prices for groups or carnival troupes?

Yes. For groups of 5 or more people, we offer personalized advice and special prices. We have dressed bachelor parties, Carnival troupes, corporate teams, parent-teacher associations, and theater companies. Contact us at 981 58 19 77 or via the groups page with your theme and number of people.

Do you dress medieval weddings, themed communions, or private events?

Yes. We have dressed more than 100 medieval, Celtic, and period weddings in Galician manor houses, as well as communions, private parties, and corporate events. For custom cases, please contact us at least 2 months in advance at 981 58 19 77 or teular@teular.com, and we will prepare a complete quote for you.

Do you work with audiovisual production companies or theater companies?

Yes. We have collaborated with Galician production companies and local theater companies on specific projects — costumes for series, short films, plays, and music videos. 💳 About payment and invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed with SSL encryption on secure gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never store your card details.

Do you issue invoices for companies?

Yes. If you need an invoice with a tax ID for a company, self-employed individual, or public entity, please provide complete details in the comments field when placing your order or email us at teular@teular.com with your order number, and we will send you the invoice by email within 48 business hours.

🏫 About the physical store

Where is the physical store located and what are its opening hours?

We are located at Av. de Vilagarcía, 29, 15706 Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña. We are open Monday to Saturday during Galician business hours (check specific seasonal hours by calling 981 58 19 77). During key periods — the last two weeks of October (Halloween), January/February (Carnival), and December (Christmas) — we extend our hours.

Is there parking near the store?

Yes. Vilagarcía Avenue has public on-street parking in the area and underground parking lots within a 5-minute walk (Praza de Mazarelos, Bus Station). There is also good urban bus connection (lines that stop nearby).
