Frequently asked questions
Are these real metal cap guns or plastic?
Both, and each product page says which. The Gonher models are die-cast metal with real weight and a proper mechanism — that is what most people are looking for when they search for a cap gun. We also carry lighter plastic models for younger children and for costume use.
Can you post cap guns to my country in the EU?
We ship toy cap guns to all 26 EU countries for a flat €8.99. They are CE-marked toys, not firearms, and the caps themselves are sold separately. A few countries apply their own rules to replica items — if you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will check for you.
Will I pay customs or import VAT?
No. Your order ships from Spain, inside the EU, so there is no customs clearance, no import duty and no additional VAT on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Are the swords and shields safe to use at an event?
They are costume and display pieces — blunt, lightweight and not built for contact fighting. They are made for parades, re-enactment festivals, photography and stage use. If you need something for full-contact combat, you want a specialist armourer instead.
